Apply the pencil after eye shadow to enhance the eyes. For a more gentle texture, warm the tip by rolling it flatly over the back of the hand. To obtain an easy natural result, trace small regular lines on the edge of lashes, from the exterior to the interior, then rub with a sponge tip. To "open" the expression, accentuate the effect on the outer corners.

To apply the pencil properly, avoid pulling on your lid, lean forward with the chin up. This gives a perfect slant to the eye and makes application easier.
